Ranch Double IPA – 9.0% abv.  A full nose of lush, fruity hop aroma greets you as you take your first sip of this powerful ale. Fistfuls of American whole flower hops deliver a firm bitterness that is tempered by enticing fruit flavors delivered by the hops. Those flavors combine harmoniously with toasted malt undertones to deliver impressions of sweet raisins and more. 

·         Lager – 4.8% Perfectly balanced, this authentic version of a German helles-style lager satisfies gloriously. Lean, German malts and fine European hops offer subtle harmony.   

·          Mild Rye'd 5.1%  Our first ever attempt using rye malt, the Mild Rye'd recipe is a collaborative one.  Our brewhouse brewers were asked to develop a non-traditional beer using our authentic Kolsch yeast.  The ultimate decision to use rye malt combined with roasted malt in order to produce this black session ale was a victory of experimental minds.

Harvest Ale– 5.7% abv.  Highly aromatic and sensual, this novel pale ale delivers a fresh hop flavor like no other brew.  It’s secret?  NY State grown Cascade hops were piles into our boiling kettle just hours after their harvest.  With many more of their essential oils intact these “wet” hops add a glorious middle notes of juicy, fruit and tea-like bite to play off its lean malt character deliciously.

Braumeister Harvest Pils – 5.6%   With whole flower hops that went from the vine to the kettle in a mere 12 hours, this pilsner has a snap of freshness that has to be tasted to be believed.  In “wet hopped” beers such as this, the hops are full of fresh oils that normally dissipate when the hops are dried.  These essential oils give Braumeister Pils Harvest Pils this clean, spicy hop aroma’s you’d expect from a pristine pilsner, followed by the long, satisfying mouthfeel full of flavorful hop depth with notes of citrus and pine oil.  All this flavor yields to clean malt and a crisp finish.

And the star of the show:

2010 Old Horizontal Barleywine – 11% abv.  A luxurious, warming barleywine rich with aromatic hops and dark, candied fruit character that hides its epic strength masterfully!  Our partners @ Konrad Beverage lovingly stashed this beauty for 2 years to let the hops mellow and develop a super-smooth character!  This beer has been on hiatus since the year this batch was brewed, get some while you can!
